Go there, eat Sushi - This restaurant might just go on top of your fav list...it did for me :) The service was perfect and we had a good time & great food there.

This place is awesome. Their Beef Bulgogi is amazing and their tofu in Korean Soup is good. I recommend Mildly Spicy. But the restutaunt could do it any way you want it. Like Extra spicy, Really spicy, Spicy, Mildly spicy, Mild, or Not spicy at all/ white. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! :)

I love this place! I was waiting for it to be on here! anyway, the sushi here is the best! get Maui roll and las vegas! as for Korean food the best as well! I have been to Korean restaurants in Honolulu, Chicago, Indianapolis, and here in Fort Wayne. this by far is the best! , , and LA are amazing! ( bulgogi, galbitang, and LA galbi) try dolsot bibimbop too!! my fav Korean/ Japanese/ sushi place!! as for Japanese.. there are many fav dishes but some authentic as well... MANY authentic Korean dishes!! and the best kimchee!!! yeay kimchee!!

I love this place. The owners are so nice and the food is fantastic. I love the Chicago and Indiana rolls. Everything is awesome.

Lived in the Ft. Wayne area for many years and had never eaten at Tokyo Seoul before Friday night. While the location is less than awesome, the sushi is not! It is awesome! Ours was very, very good. Additionally, our waitress was great and attentive. Little things here, but they even had the low sodium soy on the table and also provided more than ample portions of wasabi and ginger. The only negative I had while dining was my stomach didn't have room for MORE!!!!! We will be back!

The korean food is sooo good. Its been a long time since I been there but since im in jury duty i might as well yelp. The kalbi meat is marinated sooo deliciously well. Best korean food in town and very rare in fort wayne.

Never thought I'd have Korean food as authentic as I remember having it when I lived in Korea...but I have and didn't have to fly over there to get it!!! Absolutely, the most delicious kim chi, bulgogi, fish chips, sprouts, ever!! And the "crunch and munch" sushi was the most tasteful surprise ever!! Other couple with us were also Asian food enthusiasts and raved about the authenticity of their entrees. You can't food those of us who have lived and eaten in the country where the food is from!!!! Don't care what "authentic big city" restaurant serves up, if you haven't had it made by natives then you don't know what REAL is. Okay, it's in an abandoned mall but who cares - we were there for the food and that was exceptional.

Great food. Don't hesitate when you see the exterior and when you come in its a bit dark, but the food is excellent. The chicken bbq is wonderful and it has a bit of spice that is not overpowering.

The Korean entrees we had tasted good, especially the dolsot bibimbap. Unfortunately, it is in a depressing location which feels like an otherwise abandoned mall. The interior of the restaurant itself is very nice with nice furniture.

Tokyo Seoul is a hidden little gem in Fort Wayne. The sushi is fantastic as are the meals (I really enjoy the Bulgogi). When you order a meal they bring side dishes for you to try. It is a great way to experience food that you might not normally find. The staff are also super friendly, from the waiteresses to the hostess to the sushi chef, everyone is friendly. Great dining experience.

Best Korean fare and sushi in Fort Wayne! If you've never had Korean food and/or worry that it will be too spicy, try the galbi or bulgogi and you'll be hooked for life. Both are Korean staples, but neither are served spicy. Service is always courteous. I hope Tokyo Seoul continues to grow in popularity.

Hurray for Korean BBQ! Hurray for super friendly service!! Loved everything about this place, even the weird location (seriously---i'm not sure which decade the building is from, but to me it's like a mini Marketplace of Canterbury ala 1980) . In fact, George Romero might consider this mostly-vacant building for his next zombie thriller. All jokes aside though, Tokyo Seoul is legit, and you'll forget all about a zombie attack as soon as you step inside. We could not have been happier with the service, selection and quality of items. Even the skeptical parents said they would return and try other things! BONUS: they have mochi ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BONUS #2: they have CHOCOLATE mochi ice cream!!! See you soon, Tokyo Seoul. xoxo

Not the best location on earth but WOW is this incredible Japanese and Korean food. Definitely the best of either in Fort Wayne by a long shot. On top of that, the owner is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Lunch time specials are nicely priced and it's never too busy (which actually makes me sad). Give this place your business as this is one of Fort Wayne's absolute best.

This place is amazing. The food was fresh and they give you plenty of it. My uncle is Korean and the food tastes just like he makes it. Everything was flavorful and tasted different. Our table to the wasabi shumai, calamari, spring rolls, Bulgogi, Jigae, Bimbimbap. The service was great and we got watermelon as dessert. The place may look like it's in an empty strip mall but it is so worth it. MUST GO!

Not worth the trip. I work for a Korean company and visit Korea approximately 8-12 weeks every year. They are Korean in name only. For authentic Korean food, the table should be full of side dishes, not 3. Also, we ordered Pork BBQ and were greatly disappointed that a grill was not brought to the table to cook our pork. The BBQ was brought to the table on a fajita plate... They did have soju (the type that you can buy in Korea for $1), but only 1 OB. No Cass or Hite. All in all, if you're looking for authentic Korean food, go somewhere else.

Visited on a Wednesday evening, based on the glowing Yelp reviews. As noted the restaurant is in a very odd (albeit safe) location. When I entered there were two other parties seated. I gyoza was oddly shaped, compared to what I've experienced in SF, with an adequate tasting filing. However, you could tell the oil was starting to get a bit "old" as there was a hint of "old oil". The unagi portion was small, again in comparison to my SF area experiences, and the sauce was different from what I'm used to. I found their sauce to be a bit too cloying. The himachi tasted a bit old ... not horrible, but it had seen fresher days. Very disappointing, and over priced for the quality I received.

What a terrific find. I travel routinely in my work and rely heavily on Yelp as a guide to dinner places wherever I may be. The great ratings for this place were 100% on track. While the location was underwhelming, the interior was comfortable, the service friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic. My colleague and I started with maki rolls - which were fresh and fantastic - then moved on to galbi and bulgogi. Complimentary side dishes of kimchi, marinated cucumbers and other vegetables were icing on an already top notch cake.

Everything is so good here. Fresh fish for sashimi, a lovely, robust broth for the stews (we always get soon dubu jige with seafood), a huge, crispy seafood and scallion pancake, wonderfully spicy stir-fries (my son loves, loves the nakji bokeum--- octopus), beef bulgogi and galbi (the signature Korean short ribs). Nothing is artificially sweetened with corn syrup or sugar the way so much Asian food is Americanized these days. Everything tastes of home made Korean food. The mandoo are so tasty. The owner and his wife are lovely, sweet people (he is the sushi chef). The waitstaff are always prompt and accommodating.

This is a great Korean restaurant if you ask me. However, the Japanese food here are also pretty good but the sushi is just out of this world. I come here at least twice a month. The las vegas roll is awesome and the Korean bulgogi and galbi are tasty. Japanese food here in this town is a little pricy but it is reasonable with a lot of taste.

Five Stars for the food, which was spectacular. Service on the other hand not that great. When we arrived there was no greater at the door. So we walked in and began to look around. Still we say no one in the restaurant. So we went back up front to see if they were even open for dinner. The sign said they were so we grabbed our own menus and looked where to sit. Then finally the chef came out to great us. The food service was a little slow because he was the only person working in the restaurant. Which was a bit frightening because we were there during prime time dinner hours. He would have been screwed If we weren't the only people in the restaurant. Still, the food we had was delicious I would eat there again someday, but not anytime soon.

There are better places for sushi around (fresh market) this neighborhood, but this place is awesome for Japanese and Korean fare. We recommend the Korean soups and the hot bibimbap.

This place had four stars, but I was the only one here. I didn't understand that. The sushi menu www small. Had the spider roll, eel, and the tako. The eel and crab tasted a little funny. Hope I don't get sick later. I also had some spicy Korean soup. That was pretty good. Service was attentive, but again, I was the only one here.

Our dinner was wonderful. We had a mix of Japanese (Sushi appetizers) and Korean entrees (soups and bibimbap). I travel a lot (Korea, Japan, West Coast), and its nice to enjoy very well prepared food from those parts of the world with my family., The best part of our meal was our waitress. Her recommendations, assistance with servicing, and cheery attitude made our day.
